Pravidhi Solutions provides software engineering, AI systems development, and cloud security services on a fixed-price or retainer basis. All engagement terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in the service contract, all code, infrastructure manifests, and architecture developed during an engagement are owned by the client upon full payment.
Pravidhi Solutions' total liability for any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid under the applicable service contract.
All client data and project details are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information without explicit written consent.
